In February 2026, the Honourable Chief Justice of Nigeria approved the Oath Instrument for our Principal, John Inegbenoise Ainetor, Esq., as a Notary Public. The recognition is reserved for legal practitioners of demonstrable standing and unimpeachable character.

What this means for our clients

A Notary Public is empowered to attest, authenticate, and certify the execution of instruments. For use within Nigeria and, where required, abroad. The office is conferred sparingly, by the Honourable Chief Justice of Nigeria, on legal practitioners of established practice and unblemished standing.
For our clients, this means a single retained adviser may both prepare and notarise an instrument. Without the delay and exposure of routing documents to a separate office.
