Litigation & Dispute Resolution
We represent clients in civil and commercial disputes before the Magistrates’ Courts, the Federal Capital Territory High Court, the Federal High Court, the Court of Appeal, and the Supreme Court of Nigeria. We prepare every advocacy to the standard of a final appellate hearing, from the first day of pleadings.
Corporate & Commercial Law
We advise enterprises and institutional clients on incorporation, corporate governance, shareholder arrangements, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance. From listed entities to registered offices and family-owned businesses.
Property & Real Estate
We handle conveyancing, title perfection, lease drafting and negotiation, joint venture structuring on landed assets, and dispute resolution. Including matters before the Abuja Geographic Information Systems, the Federal Capital Development Authority, and the Land Registry.
Tax Law & Regulatory Compliance
We advise on tax planning, objections, and appeals before the Federal Inland Revenue Service, the Federal Capital Territory Internal Revenue Service, and the Tax Appeal Tribunal. We also counsel licensed and gazetted businesses on regulatory compliance.
Alternative Dispute Resolution
We conduct mediation, negotiation, and institutional arbitration. Where parties have a continuing relationship to protect, alternative resolution is often the right first step. We bring the same rigour to ADR that we bring to court.
Family & Matrimonial Law
We advise on marriage and pre-marriage arrangements, divorce and judicial separation, custody and access, ancillary relief, inheritance, and intestacy. All handled with the discretion the subject matter demands.
Employment & Labour Law
We act on contracts of employment, restrictive covenants, disciplinary processes, redundancy, dismissal disputes, and matters before the National Industrial Court for employers and for senior employees.
Estate Planning & Wealth Management
We prepare wills and trusts, structure succession planning and lifetime gifts, administer estates, and advise executors and trustees on the discharge of their fiduciary duties.

Our Principal is enrolled as a Notary Public of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The firm attests, authenticates, and notarises instruments. Affidavits, statutory declarations, powers of attorney, deeds, commercial documents, and instruments for use abroad.
